SHE IS ENGAGED—Announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Avon, to Harold Heine, are Mr. and Mrs. Anfin Hage of Longview. Parents of Miss Hage's fiance are Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Heine, also of Longview. The couple are graduates of R. A. Long High School, and Mr. Heine is employed with the International Paper Company.
